Map data

Borders and coastlines come from Natural Earth (public domain), names and facts from Wikidata (CC0 1.0). Some region packs use boundaries from geoBoundaries (Runfola, D. et al. (2020): geoBoundaries: A global database of political administrative boundaries. PLoS ONE 15(4), e0231866), licensed under CC BY 4.0, and data from the Office for National Statistics: contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The map data was simplified and combined for the app.
